By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the EazyRent platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please cease using the platform.
EazyRent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use following publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the platform's services. By using the platform you represent and warrant that:
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
EazyRent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate any of these requirements.

You are solely responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and not sharing them with any third party.
• All activities that occur through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Promptly reporting any unauthorised use of your account to info@eazyrent.ps.
EazyRent shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

EazyRent operates as an intermediary between customers and car rental office owners (Renters). Upon completing a booking:
• A direct contractual relationship is formed between the customer and the relevant Renter.
• EazyRent is not a party to the rental agreement and bears no direct liability for the vehicle or service provided.
• The booking is subject to the specific terms of the Renter as displayed on each vehicle's page.
• The customer is responsible for verifying the validity of their driving licence and any required documents prior to vehicle handover.

• All prices are displayed in Israeli New Shekel (₪) or US Dollar ($) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Electronic payments are processed via secure, certified payment gateways. EazyRent does not store any card data.
• In the event of any payment dispute, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the individual Renter's terms as specified on the booking page.

Users agree not to:
• Post any false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content on the platform.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the platform's systems or data.
• Use bots, scrapers, or any automated mechanism to collect data.
• Interfere with the performance of the platform or its associated infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity or provide misleading identity information.
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

All platform content — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of EazyRent or is licensed to it, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
No ownership rights in any platform content are granted to users. Personal, non-commercial use of content is permitted provided explicit attribution is given. Commercial reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent from EazyRent.

EazyRent is committed to protecting users' privacy in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the platform, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by submitting a request to info@eazyrent.ps.

EazyRent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
• Use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any transaction or relationship between a user and a Renter.
• Any errors, interruptions, or delays in the service.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of user data.
In all circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to the platform in the three months preceding the incident.

These Terms and any dispute arising thereunder are governed by the laws applicable in Palestine. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days of formal notice.
If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the competent courts in Ramallah, Palestine, with Arabic as the official language of proceedings.
